Harness FAQs

Q: If my cat's Gatsby harness doesn't fit, can I return it for another size?

We happily accept returns! If you find that you need a different size harness for your cat, please visit our Returns Center within 30 days of receiving your order, to arrange a return & refund of your original items so that you can place a new order for the size you need. We have warehouses in the UK and USA, so you can choose whichever is most convenient for you to send your return to. You can find more details on our returns policy here.

Q: What is the difference between the cork Gatsby harnesses and leather Gatsby harnesses?

The Gatsby harness comes in two materials - natural genuine leather, and vegan cork 'leather'. They are both equally supple and strong. The only difference between them is their water resistance. The leather Gatsby harness is splashproof, whereas the cork Gatsby harness can handle full immersion. So if your cat loves to swim or you live on or around water, we'd recommend opting for the cork Gatsby harness over the leather!

Q: I have a Chihuahua / small dog - is the Gatsby harness suitable for them? And how do I find the right size?

The Gatsby harness is designed for cats but we do know of several small dogs that have fallen in love with the Gatsby! You can measure your dog up as per the size & measuring guide, but just remember that these measurements are for a snug, body-hugging fit. If you'd like your dog to have a looser fitting harness or room to put a jumper on underneath, simply add on a few centimetres or inches to the measurements you've taken.
