Can I cancel or amend my order?
Once you've placed your order, a lot of magic starts to happen behind the scenes. It's booked in instantly with the delivery carrier so that a slot is reserved for it to ship, and our warehouse team will begin picking and packing your items.
If you need to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as quickly as possible and we'll do our best to catch it in time. However, because things move so fast at the warehouse, we're often unable to intercept an order once it's begun processing, so we can't make any guarantees.
If we're not able to stop or change it, please don't worry. You can return any unwanted items for a refund once your order arrives. And if you missed something off, just place a separate order for the additional items you need, and we'll get it on its way.
